Before you submit any story, be sure to read the guidelines. Entries that follow the guidelines are more likely to be accepted. Not all entries will be accepted for publication.

When sending your stories, include the following:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your mailing address

This information is for internal purposes only. Your private information will be kept confidential and will not be published or shared.

If your story is accepted, you will be contacted by email and asked to sign a consent to have your story published.
